The warranty applies to the gold plating and the quality of the jewelry and is valid for one year. The warranty is exercised by bringing the product and collecting it from the offices in Tel Aviv and is the responsibility of the customer. The warranty does not apply to jewelry that has been exposed to chemical substances (cleaning agents/highly concentrated salts, etc.) or in cases of breakage/tear or unreasonable use of the jewelry.
